If you are not content with the size or item you ordered, you can return it for an exchange or refund. You have 30 days to report any issues encountered with your order as well as have that time to request an exchange or refund.
If the items are sent back worn out, washed or smell of laundry detergent, cologne, or any type of scent that allows L.A.M.P. to think it has been worn-the item(s) will be sent back to you. Refunds are only for items purchased. Shipping is non-refundable unless the mistake was made on behalf of L.A.M.P.
